After the noodles, here are our pasta shells made from 35% brewer's grains flour. These shells, with high nutritional value, are rich in fiber (20g/100g) and sources of protein (13g/100g). Collected from local micro-breweries, malted barley grains are ground into wholemeal flour and sublimated into shells. 8kg box
