Rare Bird Rhubarb & Ginger Gin

Our second venture is a Rhubarb and Ginger Gin. We wanted to make a natural Yorkshire Gin, one which the drinker could decide the sweetness of. We add no sugar throughout the process, resulting in a powerful flavour, and a warmth of ginger at the end. Pair with a Mediterranean tonic, a slice of orange, and you'll have a super smooth drink with the perfectly sweet aftertaste.
