Tohi London Dry Gin Ginger & Szechuan Pepper The history of the Tohi distillery began with the daring and the passion to create something new. The next chapter is all about fire and passion. The result was a gin in the TOHI London Dry style. Thirteen different handpicked spices were distilled in the copper still, these were married to local rye brandy and as a result sprang a passionate blend of fiery ginger and zesty Szechuan pepper notes. TOHI London Dry is an Estonian gin made with heart. AROMA Spicy aroma bouquet with notes of juniper berries, black pepper, exotic anise, liquorice, a hint of cinnamon and the warmth of cardamom on the finish. TASTE Dry London Dry Gin with an intense taste. The Orient Express passes through the spice gardens on the tongue. warm cinnamon, vivacious cardamom, mild juniper and delicate liquorice. With a long aftertaste, the citrusy ginger accompanied by coriander and the freshness of lemon peel gently embeds the warmth of the spices. SERVING SUGGESTIONS Fill a Copa glass with ice. Pour around 4 cl Tohi London Dry Gin and top up with 200 ML Tonic Water. The gin and tonic with a Garnish with a slice of orange or lemon. TOHISOO DISTILLERY The Tohi Gin is produced in the old distillery of the Tohisoo Manor, whose history dates back to the 19th century. In the 1990s, a glorious leather goods factory produced gloves here. The manor was in his until 2018 Sleeping beauty before deciding that this will be the right place for a new success story and a distillery put into operation to produce high-quality gin.
