"Fresh, vegetal, slightly spicy, the depth of its unique aromas, to be used on carrots, in kefta balls or many other dishes" Our cumin is organic and wild, it is harvested by the farmer-gatherers of the cooperative which provides us with our caraway, fennel and anise. It is dried on stalks hanging downwards which are then beaten to extract all the seeds, followed by a meticulous sorting of the seeds and shards of branches and then dried in the sun. It gives off an almost minty freshness, scents of citrus fruits and fresh dried grass. The toaster before its use will develop completely different aromas, of fennel and slightly raised anise. - Store in a cool, dry place away from light. - Certified organic by Ecocert FR-BIO-01 - Rich in calcium, iron and potassium. - Available in 25, 50 and 100gr
