They are grown in the western mountains of the country, our producer takes special care of this berry/spice. He only cultivates this fruit, it allows him to obtain a rare quality. Our barberries are certified organic. Conservation tip: put your barberries at the bottom of your fridge/freezer to prevent them from darkening. - Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
