Simply wash your cutting board under running hot water after each use, scrubbing it with a brush to remove food residue. For an optimal and non-aggressive cleaning for the wood, our natural solid dish soaps are ideal! You can then wipe it off with a towel. To best protect your board and nourish it, we advise you to oil it regularly to restore its original shine. To do this, simply pour a little vegetable oil on a cloth and apply it to the entire surface of the board. Cooking oils (olive oil, rapeseed, sunflower, etc.) work very well! Then let it dry for a few hours, and you're done! You know everything to keep your cutting boards healthy!
