ORGANIC MORNING MELODY

Our Organic Morning Melody contains a blend of Sencha green tea and Pai Mu Tan. Sencha green tea is the most common tea in Japan. To stop the oxidation of the tea leaves, they are subjected to a quick steam bath, then they are rolled and dried. When produced from Japanese tea plants, its infusion is very green and quite bitter. Here, the use of Chinese tea softens its taste and reduces bitterness. Pai Mu Tan or Bai Mu Dan is a white tea with a fresh, fruity and floral taste that is produced by maintaining the ratio of one bud to two leaves.
