Arranged rum Apple - Tonka bean 32° + 1 box

On the nose we have a great bouquet of spices thanks to the tonka bean, like a mixture of apple compote and gingerbread that comes out of the oven. In the mouth it is well balanced, we are on honey and tarte tatin, the alcohol sensation is not very present. The finish is spicy, there are aromas of coffee, almond and cocoa.
