Add 5-10 drops of your essential oil blend to the ceramic beads nestling in the tin, and let the soothing blend of essential oils gently fill the room and do their work, easing your anxiety. To refresh the aroma, simply add another 5-10 drops of your essential oil blend as and when needed. 1ml of blended oil is equal to roughly 20 drops, but you can easily continue to refresh your diffuser using any essential oils of your choice.
