The Millésime des Hautes-Prières is a 100% Chardonnay aged 9 months in oak barrels, produced with the prestigious vines of Hautvillers, the domain of the monk Dom Perignon. There was a time when the monks of the abbey came to pray on this land, in low voices, hence the name of this vineyard. Champagne classified PREMIER CRU. Discover its bewitching fragrance: its venerable age gives it an absolutely unique taste, close to honey/almond, a honey without sugar since this champagne is located between an extra-Brut and a NO dosed (only 3g!).
