Hold me - Mint green

Every day we are confronted with dozens of emotions (some more pleasant than others). Giving these feelings a voice to the outside world turns out to be more difficult than expected for many. Especially when it comes to grief and pain. We want to say so much, but often don't know how. And so Catherine digs into feelings and tries to translate them into messages that touch you or can grow with you. The poem on the candle is written by Catherine van Caduc. The texts In Thought, Close by and I hold you tight, at a distance are by Roosmarijn Knijnenburg. The candle is made by the Haegsche Ambachtelijke Kaarsenmakerij, where people with disabilities or who are disadvantaged in the labor market work. They receive vocational training in candle making and attention is paid to personal development. The candle burns for +- 23 hours. Without grease, oil and fragrance! Everything from my own beautiful city there behind the dunes, where the Hold it's are sawn, sanded and packed and where this nice extra is now also produced!
