Green Tomato Chutney

Tart green tomatoes pair with the delicate sweetness of dates and raisins to create a bright and fruity chutney that pairs well with cheeses and is a great addition to sandwiches, or combined with cooked grains. Slow cooking allows the tomatoes to soften and meld with the warm spiced notes of cinnamon, star anise, and ginger.
