Steamed Strawberries

Roots Radials strawberries are only made during the peak of the season and are regional organic strawberries. Softly steamed with some vanilla and sugar, the strawberries release their own liquid to make a delicious syrup that later preserves them as well. The fruit remains whole and it is perfect to eat on its own, or accompanied by ice cream, as well as a filling for pies, brownies, and to add a twist to salads and stews.  Roots Radicals is a zero-waste, circular economy food company. By-products from our strawberries were upcycled into vinegar, strawberry kombucha, and strawberry syrup. Once opened, consume preferably within 2 weeks. Ingredients. Strawberries, cane sugar, vanilla* essence, pectin. This is a vegan + gluten-free product.
