[ GALERNA ]: N.F 1. Gust of wind blowing over western France. 2. Skirt that turns for a good child (sometimes)… Galerne is a chic skirt, with pleats and buttons. But it's also a practical skirt, with an elastic waistband in the back, and a pocket for storing treasures. Sewing level: 2/5. The trickiest part is fitting the belt.
