Rosebuds Aroma began as one candle prototype, a way to help me relax after an overwhelming day. As a sufferer of Anxiety for many years, I stumbled upon the 5 grounding techniques to help me cope with the effects of my anxiety. I was facinated at how a candle could relate to the the 54321 grounding method by use of the flicker of the candle to the scents of the soothing natural based oils. It's safe to say this journey of candle making simply began as a hobby and an experiement to understand the powers of essential oils and how they could be used to help people like myself. Now, I cant say that my products can supplement medication for any health issues (Nor would I) as there hasn't been enough reasearch to suggest that candles have this affect- But I do believe candles with a purpose are invaluable. Over the years I have come to apprieciate essential oils and the multiple health benefits they possess, therefore my home fragrance range is made with health and wellbeing in mind from inspiring quoted candles to diffusers, wickless candles and wax melts.
