Organic Whiskey Collection (70cl – 42%)

This whisky is the first certified organic single malt produced in Rozelieures. The result of a double maturation process, first in traditional distillery casks and then in ex-Burgundy wine casks, this whisky is distinguished by its finesse and delicate notes of red fruit.​ ​ 42 alc. by vol.​ ​ Nose Full of indulgence, it opens with notes of vanilla and white-fleshed fruits. It then evolves into a touch of brioche.​ ​ Palate Smooth and rich, the palate is marked by subtle notes of caramel and beautiful notes of red fruit.​ ​ The finish is long and develops with notes of sweet spices and cereal.
