This whisky is the first certified organic single malt produced in Rozelieures. The result of a double maturation process, first in traditional distillery casks and then in ex-Burgundy wine casks, this whisky is distinguished by its finesse and delicate notes of red fruit. 42 alc. by vol. Nose Full of indulgence, it opens with notes of vanilla and white-fleshed fruits. It then evolves into a touch of brioche. Palate Smooth and rich, the palate is marked by subtle notes of caramel and beautiful notes of red fruit. The finish is long and develops with notes of sweet spices and cereal.
