CAPE SAINT BLAIZE OCEANIC GIN is an infused gin that utilizes coastal citrus, sea salt, Milkwood berries, and cold-brewed rooibos. Each of these flavors on their own is unique and tastes absolutely wonderful, but when combined with the gin and traditional botanicals, almost miracles happen. It has a dark color, as if it has been aged in a barrel, which it has not. A smooth texture, sweetness as if there is coffee in it, but that must be the notes of rooibos. It bites a little on the tongue, has a strong dryness from juniper that slowly fades into a soft, slightly sweet finish. Color: Crystal clear.
