CAPE SAINT BLAIZE FLORISTIC GIN is a pink gin elevated to heights that are hard for competitors to reach. It contains strawberries without being too much, along with paradise seeds, juniper, cinnamon, and cardamom, which together create a fresh summer gin perfect for evenings on the terrace. With a gentle taste of strawberries that gradually comes to the forefront, the origin of the minty flavor is unknown since there is no mint, but it is fresh and pairs perfectly with the slightly bitter, dry juniper and sweet strawberries. As something entirely new, they have used candied grapefruit peels, which are likely behind the slightly more exotic sweet notes found here. Color: Crystal clear. Nose: Soft and floral with an almost green tone of fresh and dried flowers, as well as a mild fullness of crisp juniper. Taste: Incredibly aromatic and delicious. Floral tones meld with juicy notes of ripe strawberries and a touch of pepper. The body is full and has a soft sweetness, which, in addition to the floral notes, also contains vanilla and fig.
