Salsa Brava sauce

Brava sauce is bursting with rich flavours from slow-roasted tomatoes, Spanish sweet onions, cayenne chillies and Spanish garlic which are balanced with white wine to give you a full-flavoured hot sauce with a smokey garlic kick! Great over crispy potatoes to make Patatas Bravas( one of the best known tapas dishes), can be used as a salsa in fajitas or use simply as a chilli sauce.
