Iconic at Sacré Willy, this smooth country white cheese is made from good fresh milk from the Alps, collected from our partner farms, located less than 25 km from our workshop in Tallard. Hand-brewed, it can be eaten naturally or enhanced with fruit, honey, or even granola for breakfast or a snack. Willy's tip: Reuse this pretty glass jar to store your kitchen essentials: flour, sugar or even rice and pasta!
