From the garden to the bottle We grow some of our botanicals in our garden: Toulouse violets, rose petals, lavender, thyme, juniper, and other iconic plants of the Southwest. We distill, bottle and ship ourselves, guaranteeing traceability and quality at every step. In the glass Juniper and thyme bring freshness and structure, while lavender and violet offer a clean, floral finish.
