For this special edition, in collaboration with the Ibiza Preservation Fund, we simply replaced the alcohol and sugar content of the Ibizan "Hierbas" liqueur with our Fleur de Sel; we retained the typical local herbs. Excellent for Mediterranean fish such as sea bream and John Dory or even for a simple grilled chicken fillet.
