Bagna Cauda

Typical Piedmontese dip for vegetables. Minced garlic and potatoes are mixed to milk. This mixing is then cooked and completed with the oils to which are finally added the anchovies with salt. The cream obtained is at last put into glass jars, sterilized and labeled.
