BEER L.B.F. - GOSE - PASSION FRUITS

Gose is a German beer of the top and spontaneous fermentation type. The recipe also contains salt and coriander. It is said to have been created in the town of Goslar, located in the Harz mountain range, as early as the 14th century. Its name comes from the small river of the same name, the Gose, which flows through Goslar.
