Oberstdorf is a typical work boot as it was already in use in a similar form around 1900 - today it would also be called "worker boot" in modern German. The oiled cowhide we use from an Italian quality tannery is robust and, in combination with the so-called dust flap, protects against the ingress of moisture and dust. The last used is comfortable and the round toe offers comfortable toe freedom, both of which are a "must" for this model - after all, generations of workers wore such shoes day in and day out for their entire working life.
