This ham has not enjoyed the montanera but has been made in freedom, feeding on grass and roots in the nature of the Sierra de Huelva. TASTING NOTE The Cebo Campo 50% Iberian Ham is very aromatic and intense in the mouth. Juicy meat, on point of salinity and persistent in flavor. Its part of free feeding is noted in soft aroma notes of hazelnut and walnuts. A piece of very good quality, very balanced, capable of making everyone enjoy. PAIRING A good white wine pairs perfectly with our Campo Ibérico Cebo Ham. You can even add a creative note with a cava.
