TASTING NOTE The 75% Iberico Bellota Segundín Shoulder is characterized by an incredible juiciness, which is shown in the mouth when the infiltrated fat melts, releasing all its flavour. PAIRING The Segundín Bellota Ibérica Shoulder pairs perfectly with a Crianza, especially with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, although our best recommendation is to accompany it with a good Fino or Manzanilla. If we choose another white wine, we should opt for those that already have a certain aging.
