Not only is it particularly tear-resistant, the cavities in the hemp fibers also trap and insulate air. At the same time, they can absorb moisture, such as sweat, to a large extent without feeling wet. So hemp has temperature-regulating properties. In concrete terms, this means: with our hemp duvet you will sleep wonderfully both on the hottest summer nights and on the first cool autumn nights. Both materials are GOTS certified and grown without the use of synthetic pesticides or chemical fertilizers. You can snuggle up wonderfully with our hemp duvet and go to the land of dreams with a clear conscience. Our sustainable hemp duvet is best washed at 30°C on a wool cycle. However, since the blanket requires a lot of space and water, make sure to wash it individually and in the largest possible drum. You should avoid using fabric softener – it clumps up the blanket. Please don't put your hemp duvet in the dryer, it doesn't like that at all. It's better to let them dry flat and shake them up every now and then so that the filling material doesn't clump together. If the cover of your hemp duvet discolours, this is quite normal. Because the natural fibers of your duvet are not chemically treated, small natural particles can cause slight discoloration.
