Quartz ball sterilizer for metal tools

One of the methods for sanitizing small metallic instruments is to apply high temperatures for a certain period of time. It is the system used by quartz pearl sterilizers. When turned on, the device heats a tank filled with small quartz balls to 250ºC. In this way, in a few seconds, the utensils placed inside are clean and disinfected. The high temperatures kill bacteria and loosen dirt, while the quartz balls protect instruments from heat and collect all that dirt. Keep in mind that this type of disinfection device usually needs a short preheating period to reach the optimum disinfection temperature.
