20/20 BARRICA is a doppel bock style lager craft beer aged in Oloroso barrels for 3 months. It has a bright light amber color, white foam of medium persistence. Aromas of wood, vanilla, coconut, typical of the contribution of aging in a barrel that has contained Olorosa. Sometimes it can remind you of bourbon, which is aged in the same barrels. On the palate, it is silky to the touch, without astringency, softened by the 7.8% alcohol content. Its bitter and sweet flavors are very well balanced, which makes it very easy to drink and enjoy. It has a wide palate and a long aftertaste. It is very tasty. It combines perfectly with cured cheeses, ham, loin, anchovies.
