Shortcross Gin is distilled with our key foraged botanicals, elderflower, elderberries, wild irish clover and apples.  This is a classic, old school, juniper led gin, bottled at 46%, distilled in single batches retaining all those rich oils .  We recommend serving over ice with elderflower tonic water and an orange peel garnish.    Enjoy Ireland's most awarded gin.
