The One Glaze - 1kg - neutral mirror glaze in powder

Neutral mirror glaze powder. Preparation for mirror neutral glaze: in a container suitable for microwaves, mix 300 g of powder preparation with 240 g of water with an immersion blender until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Bring to a boil until the mass increases in volume (about 3-4 minutes at 750 Watts). Alternatively, bring the mixture to a boil over medium-low heat, stirring constantly and let it boil for one minute. Emulsify again with the immersion blender, taking care not to incorporate air. Use the preparation at an ideal temperature of about 40°C (104°F) to glaze frozen desserts. The mirror glaze can be colored with powder or gel food colors and can be flavored with cocoa, chocolate and flavoring pastes. With 300 g of The One Glaze powder, you will obtain 500 g of ready-to-use mirror glaze. Perfect for covering a cake with a diameter of about 24cm.
