Sustainable coffee maker Alain Ducasse by Silodesign (250mL)

This coffee maker has been specially designed by Silodesign™ to extract specialty coffees in "Le Café par Alain Ducasse" coffee shops. To make a coffee at the top, here is the best filter on the market made of double-walled stainless steel. The double wall with one side pierced and the other braided on the inside allows the oils naturally present in the coffee bean to pass through to obtain the full deployment of aromas with a perfect body. The inner mesh is micrometric and does not let any particles through, the coffee delivered is really very clean. A second small additional double-walled filter is located at the bottom in order to extract both the first drop (acidity) and the last drop of the extraction (bitterness) thus giving a very balanced taste. This advanced technology also makes it possible to avoid the rise of small bubbles often appearing in paper filters, because its flow rate is constant throughout the duration of the extraction.
