STF x Thornbridge Rauchbier (5.4%)Case of 6x or 12x 440ml can Brewed in collaboration with Thornbridge Brewery, our Rauchbier is a smoky lager with huge character derived from a harmonious blend of quality German malt and subtle yeast esters.   Dark mahogany with a creamy off-white head and an immediate full-on smoky aroma that quickly starts to reveal layers of vanilla, raspberry, coffee, toffee, maple syrup and chocolate. There’s a lot going on and different characteristics come to the fore with every sip, but it’s a refreshingly light and easy drinking beer; the smokiness gently subsiding as the layers are peeled away, leading to a smooth, sweet finish.
