Our Pumpkin Spice Latte tastes good with and without pumpkin puree. With homemade pumpkin puree you can give your Pumpkin Spice Latte that certain something pumpkin. Quick & easy preparation without a blender or coffee machine! For the preparation you only need water, milk or plant milk. Our favorite is unsweetened almond milk, prepared with it you only get 0.4g of carbohydrates per 100ml! For a perfect taste, we also use high-quality freeze-dried coffee, which, unlike the spray-dried instant coffee in the supermarket, has a much better taste, is of higher quality and is processed more gently. The whole thing becomes creamy thanks to the cream powder and inulin it contains. Together, the whole thing results in a delicious iced coffee enjoyment without sugar, with which you can refresh yourself unrepentantly in summer and for the preparation of which you need less than 2 minutes and no mixer or coffee machine! And it's that easy: 1) Put about 2 tbsp (18 g) of powder in a glass and pour 200 ml of warm water, cow's milk, almond milk or other plant-based milk into the glass while stirring constantly. 2) Leave the mixture for 2 minutes so that the coffee powder dissolves completely and stir your coffee drink vigorously again. 3) Optional: Now add 40 g unsweetened pumpkin puree and stir everything until it is completely dissolved. For homemade pumpkin puree: Halve 1/4 butternut squash lengthways, scoop out seeds and fibers. Cut the flesh, including the skin, into approx. 2 cm cubes. Put the pumpkin cubes in boiling water and cook for 15 minutes until soft. Then pour off the water and finely puree the pumpkin flesh.
