12 PIECES OF MALT BREAD MIX

Mix for approx. 12 pieces of malt with finely sifted manitoba flour, malt flour of rye and sunflower seeds. Just add yeast and water, and then you can dish up freshly baked buns filled with flavor and with an airy and chewy crumb. The malt flour contributes with a nice brown color and a characteristic deep taste in the bread, while the Manitoba flour contributes to an elastic and pliable dough and a fantastic leavening ability.
