CUT RYE KERNELS - 500 G

Cut rye kernels are whole grains, which are cut into uniform pieces. The cut kernels are used in bread, either alone or with other kernels. If you use cut kernels in your baked goods, it is recommended that you soak them in plenty of water with a pinch of salt overnight. Our rye comes from Danish farmers. Rye is available in excellent quality in Denmark, as the Danish climate is well suited for growing rye.
