ROLLED BARLEY 500 G

Cold-rolled barley groats are barley kernels that are rolled. The organic barley groats can be used for porridge and gruel, or you can add the flakes to your dough to give the finished breads the special, sweet taste of the barley and the crumb a soft and elastic structure. We get our barley from the local farmer on Als. In the organic barley groats, we use the variety naked barley, which has been grown in Denmark for 6000 years.
