RYE FLAKES

The cold-rolled rye groats are rye kernels, which are rolled into flakes. You can e.g. add the organic rye groats to your porridge or muesli. The rye flakes can also be added to dough to give the finished bread the special, deep taste of the rye and the crumb a soft density. Our rye comes from Danish farmers. Rye is available in excellent quality in Denmark, as the Danish climate is well suited for growing rye.
