The whole, cleaned Øland wheat kernels can be boiled and used in food, soaked and used in baked goods or ground into flour on a household mill. Øland wheat is an old Nordic grain variety, and the Danish climate is well suited for its cultivation. That's why we get our Øland wheat from the local farmer on Als.
