Slab was established in 2015 after a winter of fudge experimentation and practice. Our aim was to create a range of artisan fudge that was both unique in appearance and mouth-wateringly delicious. After many years of recipe tweaking and brand development, we now have a range of decadent, eye-catching artisan fudges all made by hand and wrapped in our Slab shop & unit.
Slab Artisan Fudge differs from mass produced fudge in that it is made lovingly by hand in small batches. The result? A unique fudge with a distinctive flavour and texture – creamy, rich and unctuous.
From the indulgent Death By Chocolate to the beautifully fruity Lemon Meringue. All our fudge flavours are cooked by hand on the stove-top by our passionate artisan fudge-makers.
