Distilled in a single-shot from a premium grain spirit base infused with both traditional and locally grown ingredients. Meticulously made in small batches of ca. 170 bottles which are allowed to mature and develop in stainless steel tanks for several weeks to ensure peak quality prior to bottling. As with all our spirits, the bottles are individually numbered with batch & bottle number. The process used to create the mezzo bianco glass for our Sussex Dry Gin, includes a high proportion of recycled glass material, resulting in a degree of natural variation in the colour & finish. This means less wasted energy and resources, so you can drink more sustainably. Ingredients: Juniper, Coriander, Cassia, Cardamom, Fennel, Angelica, Lemon Balm & Lemon Verbena. Serving suggestions: Something for the weekend? For a Friday night Gin and Tonic, serve over plenty of ice with 1-2 parts quality tonic (we prefer Fever-Tree Mediterranean).
