Extra dried morels

Most of the morels that you will find in supermarkets are in fact mixtures of two varieties of morels! There is the esculenta, the traditional morel, the true flagship of the gourmet cuisine and finally the rotunda, half the price and half as good! We will not draw you a drawing but we will let you guess which one is dominant in the mixtures that you find in stores.
