Heart Chakra Meditation Stone

In Hindu belief there are 7 chakras representing the 7 centres of spiritual energy in the human body – Crown, Heart, Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Third Eye and Throat. The belief is that if all chakras are open, energy can flow freely between them creating a sense of well-being and harmony in the body. Meditation stones are smooth stones which are held in the palm of the hand and used as a way of focusing energy whilst quietening the mind and encouraging a sense of peace.
