Third Eye Chakra Meditation Stone

In Hindu belief there are 7 chakras representing the 7 centres of spiritual energy in the human body – Crown, Heart, Root, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Third Eye and Throat. The belief is that if all chakras are open, energy can flow freely between them creating a sense of well-being and harmony in the body. Meditation stones are smooth stones which are held in the palm of the hand and used as a way of focusing energy whilst quietening the mind and encouraging a sense of peace. This colourful Chakra meditation stone is engraved with the Third Eye Chakra symbol which represents intuition. The energy centre is located in the forehead between the eyes and is associated with intuition, imagination and wisdom. Each stone comes with a small black drawstring pouch for safekeeping.
