"Aromatic sake with a fine body. Premium and luxurious Omachi sake at its finest." This gorgeous junmai daiginjo sake is brewed with Japan's oldest sake rice, Omachi. Fruity and aromatic sake with floral notes and a dry finish. On the nose, we can enjoy grapefruit, mandarin orange and pomelo notes. It's well textured with a bit of a bite on the palate. A flavourful astringency rounds out a crisp, refreshing final note.
