Herráez Smoked Serrano Ham

Ham from white pigs, subjected to a traditional smoking process and cured in natural drying sheds, for a period of more than 15 months. When cut, it has a bright pink colour, with a pleasant flavour, slightly smoked with just the right amount of salt
