Premium quality organic spelled husks dried and heated, without rubber For speltex® organic spelled husks of the premium sorting, selected raw materials go through a series of sieving and sorting steps. They are particularly volume-yielding and free of grit. Around 60,000 loosely distributed husks per kilogram of filling weight evenly absorb the lying pressure in a particularly beneficial way. Internal cavities store body heat. At the same time, the always loose fillings allow a lot of air exchange. This counteracts heat build-up and sweating, because excess heat can be easily distributed. They are intensively screened, which largely removes particles and fines. Small and heavy husks are collected and discarded. Before packaging, they are dried and heated to over 75°C, which minimizes the number of spores and germs and ensures the best hygienic properties. Spelled husk fillings can be heated up to 90° C, preferably in the oven or on the radiator - smoldering fires can occur in the microwave. Premium grade spelled husks can be washed at up to 60° C. They are naturally very resistant to moisture. The use of a special laundry net with a suitable mesh size and stability is recommended. Please ensure complete drying.
