Glorious Scoundrels – Nothing is spared from this: Our glorious scoundrels pepper mixture finds its place in a good steak, chicken, soy escalope, potato dishes and many other stages. A complex and full-bodied pepper mix of aromatic, very noble pepper rarities, which organize a concert of tastes together. The base is provided by the black Kampot pepper with fine notes of vanilla, thyme and eucalyptus. On the other hand, there is the wild Assam pepper with its distinctively tart tips and a fine smoky aroma. The Andaliman pepper with its complex citrus aromas bites into the mix. The finest peppers are joined by the premium selection of Voatsiperifery peppers with their exciting essential oils. Some chili and one or two violet berries are added to loosen it up. With that it is done. Not much more can be said at this point, now this mixture simply has to be experienced.
