Magic Dust is classic for many types of Barbecue suitable and versatile. Traditionally  Larger cuts of meat such as pork neck, shoulder pieces (pulled pork) and whole beef briskets are seasoned with the Magic Dust Barbecue Rub. However, smaller parts can also be rubbed with it. Simply brush the meat with a little olive oil or mustard before grilling and then “massage”in” the rub. Our tip: Anyone who has easily marinated their grilled meat themselves will never buy ready-marinated meat again. Because with ready-marinated meat, you can't see what you're actually buying. Our tip is to buy a nice piece of pork neck at the deli counter, sprinkle it all over with Magic Dust and wrap it tightly in cling film. Leave it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight, and a really tasty marinade will automatically develop. Magic Dust can also be used in many different ways.
